Refund & Returns Policy — Brickell Clothing

All sales are final. Every Brickell piece is individually cut and sewn to order for each customer. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Before You Order

  • Please review the Size Guide and product details carefully.

  • If you need help with sizing or fit, contact us before purchasing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after purchase. If you need to request a change, email us immediately after checkout. Once production has started, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We’ll make it right if there’s an issue on our end.

  • Timeframe: Email us within 7 days of delivery.

  • What to send: Order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Resolution: We’ll repair or replace the same item. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once a package shows Delivered, risk of loss passes to the customer. If a shipment is lost in transit, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns Sent Without Approval

Any packages returned to us without prior approval will be refused and sent back to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items (no exceptions)

  • Made-to-order garments

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized orders

International Orders

Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
