Refund & Returns Policy — Brickell Clothing
All sales are final. Every Brickell piece is individually cut and sewn to order for each customer. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after purchase. If you need to request a change, email us immediately after checkout. Once production has started, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
We’ll make it right if there’s an issue on our end.

Timeframe: Email us within 7 days of delivery.

What to send: Order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Resolution: We’ll repair or replace the same item. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Once a package shows Delivered, risk of loss passes to the customer. If a shipment is lost in transit, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Returns Sent Without Approval
Any packages returned to us without prior approval will be refused and sent back to the sender.

International Orders
Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
