3) How we use your information
We use your information to:
-
Provide the Services: process and fulfill orders, arrange shipping, provide invoices/order confirmations, facilitate returns, and operate the Site.
-
Customer support: respond to questions and requests.
-
Personalize & improve: analyze usage, fix bugs, improve our Site, and develop new features/products.

4) Cookies and similar technologies
We (and our partners) use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, keep your cart, perform analytics, and personalize ads. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect Site functionality (e.g., cart/checkout).
Common categories we use:
-
Strictly necessary (e.g., Shopify cart/checkout)
-
Performance/analytics (e.g., traffic and usage)
-
Advertising/retargeting (to deliver relevant ads)
5) How we share information
We may share information with:
-
Service providers / processors: e.g., Shopify (hosting, checkout), payment processors, fraud prevention, shipping and fulfillment, email/SMS tools, analytics, and advertising partners—only to perform services on our behalf.
-
Advertising & analytics partners: to measure performance and (where permitted) provide targeted advertising.
-
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
-
Legal & safety: to comply with law, protect our rights, or respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your Personal Information for money. Some U.S. state laws define “sale” or “sharing” to include certain targeted advertising and analytics—see Section 9 for your choices.
6) Payment processing
Payments are handled by our payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments or other options available at checkout). These providers receive the information needed to process your payment and are responsible for their own privacy and security practices.
7) Data retention
We keep Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention), unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Order information is typically retained for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, subject to legal obligations.
8) Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us to request deletion.
